Would not recommend. No call-no showed an appointment that we scheduled to get a quote for a new RO system, did not answer the phone when we attempted to call their office, and casually emailed (without an apology) that they were too busy today multiple hours after the scheduled appointment time to make the appointment. If their customer service is anywhere near their work product, I would absolutely recommend looking elsewhere. Update: After reviewing their response, I maintain my position, as they completely failed to take accountability by acknowledging the fact that they dropped the ball by not showing up to the appointment that they confirmed earlier same day. Hah, I’d recommend looking elsewhere 🙂

Came out to our home. Had all the details hashed out and said he would get us a quote 48 hours later. It has now been 8 days and no quote. That should tell you everything you need to know. Also, nobody gets all 5 stars unless you are posting your own reviews for yourself. If he did not want to do what we discussed then he should have let us know. Only been in business 4 years and he is not even a plumber. Actually, he hires outside plumbers to do the work. Dodged a bullet there.
